
This is a one brilliant food, its famous every where. Everybody has their own improvise recepi when its come to this food.
The things with this dish its not even hard to prepare....follow a simple basic rules and whola there u go....
This is one of the basic recipe:
For the chicken
1. Clean chicken add ginger (slices only) and green onion and put it inside the chicken
2. Boil water, turn off fire, then cook the chicken in boiling water for 30-40 mins
3. Remove the whole chicken form hot water and place into iced water and submerge for 15 minutes
4. Remove chicken and rub with salt and sesame oil on skin
For the rice
1. Wash rice and set it aside, let it sit for about 15 minutes
2. Warm up work with oil (any oil) add ginger, mince garlic & shallot
3. Stir fry them until brown
4. Put rice into rice cooker and add the chicken stock from boiling the chicken earlier
5. Check it out every once a while
For dip sauce
1. Minced garlic, shallot, fresh chili pepper, lime juice
2. Add some stock left over from boiling the chicken to taste
3. Serve all together
4. Eat while hot
